In April 2025, the average price per ton of Ukrainian agro-product exports is 443 dollars, which is more than last year's figure of 315 dollars. As a result, its value increased by 1.4 times due to an increase in exports of value-added products, in particular, bioethanol.

This is reported by Minister of Agrarian Policy Vitaliy Koval in his Telegram channel.

He cited data on how the average prices of the top 5 export products per ton increased:

  • sunflower oil - $1,174, which is 37.8% more than in 2024 ($852);
  • corn - $217, a 27.1% increase over the 2024 average price ($171);
  • wheat - $231, a 27.4% increase over the 2024 average price ($181);
  • poultry - $2,385, an 11.2% increase over the 2024 average price ($2,145);
  • soybeans - $409, which is 4.3% more than the 2024 average price ($392).

The Minister also said that in total since the beginning of the year exports of agricultural products from Ukraine amounted to 1.1 billion dollars or 2.5 million tons.
