In July 2025, Ukraine recorded a noticeable increase in prices for agricultural land. According to data Opendatabot, the average cost per hectare reached 69,628 UAH, which is almost 9,000 UAH more than in June, reported Dengi.ua .
At the same time, the highest price in the current year was observed in April - an average of 71,875 UAH per hectare, and the minimum was in March - 54,607 UAH. In terms of regions, the cost varies from 30,665 to 180,137 UAH per hectare.
According to the data, the leader in the cost of agricultural land is Ivano-Frankivsk region, where a hectare in July was valued on average at 180,137 UAH. High prices were also recorded in Kyiv region (110,459 UAH/ha), Sumy region (103,502 UAH/ha) and Ternopil region (99,476 UAH/ha)
The most affordable land is in Donetsk region, where a hectare costs on average UAH 30,665. Low indicators are also noted in Zaporizhzhya (35 246 UAH/ha), Kherson (35 761 UAH/ha) and Mykolaiv (35 912 UAH/ha) regions.
In addition, the volume of land transactions has also increased: in July 2025, 21,611 hectares were sold, which is 800 hectares more compared to June.
