The total value of live weight imports for the first nine months of 2025 was $5.5 million, down 1.8% from last year.

In the first nine months of 2025, Ukraine imported 524 tons of live pigs, which is 10% less than in the same period last year. This is reported by Dengi.ua with reference to data AgroTimes.
It is noted that, according to the State Customs Service, the total value of imports for this period amounted to 5.5 million dollars, which is 1.8% lower than in January-September 2024.
It is reported that the main suppliers of live pigs for Ukraine this year were:
- Denmark (89.7% of the total volume)
- France (5.8%)
- Ireland (4.6%)
