Last week entrepreneurs received 652 soft loans for the amount of 2.1 billion UAH within the framework of the state program "Affordable loans 5-7-9%". About it reports press-service of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.

In total, since the beginning of 2025 under the program 5-7-9 entrepreneurs have received 10,558 loans for 33.6 billion UAH. At the same time, during the period of martial law 80,193 loans for 310 billion UAH were issued. These funds were used for:

  • Investment purposes - 41.31 billion UAH;
  • working capital financing - 76.06 billion UAH;
  • loans for agricultural producers - UAH 47.05 billion; loans for processing of agricultural products - UAH 37.05 billion;
  • processing of agricultural products - UAH 37.92 bln;
  • financing of energy services - UAH 2.41 billion;
  • anti-war purposes - UAH 57.30 billion;
  • lending in the zone of high military risk - UAH 34.26 billion.

In total, since the launch of the 5-7-9 program, banks have already issued 115,015 loans for almost UAH 400 billion.
