The criminal proceedings against the Avtomagistral-Yug company are taking place within the law, and the Prosecutor-General's Office will audit all cases in the sphere of construction of infrastructure facilities for budget money. This was announced by Prosecutor-General Ruslan Kravchenko in his TG-channel, according to Dengi.ua .
According to him, having studied together with the specialized deputy of the case materials regarding "Avtomagistral-Yug", they came to the conclusion that all the suspicions announced to date are legitimate, reasonable and confirmed by the results of conducted forensic examinations.
"Also today I instructed to audit all criminal proceedings against companies operating in the infrastructure sector. I received the first information: there are also criminal proceedings on other business structures, but the law enforcers, for one reason or another, delay the investigation of these cases," Ruslan Kravchenko said.
In addition, the Prosecutor General noted that his office will check all the facts related to construction, reconstruction and infrastructure contracts and will punish those who steal budget money. At the same time, those companies against whom cases are fabricated will be protected.
"I warn officially, as Prosecutor General: no law enforcement agency should be turned into a pressure mechanism or a tool to destroy competitors in business. Also no one has immunity if it comes to the abuse of budgetary funds" - emphasized Kravchenko.
