Since the beginning of 2025, 271 objects of state property have been successfully privatized in Ukraine. This is reported by Dengi.ua with reference to press service of the State Property Fund (SPF).
The average number of bidders at the auctions reached 4 people, which contributed to an average 3-fold increase in the price of objects.
Top 5 most interesting objects privatized since the beginning of 2025:
- State-owned block of shares in the size of 100% of the authorized capital of the private joint-stock company "Vinnytsiapobytkhim". The final price at the auction amounted to UAH 608.14 mln.
- Single property complex of the state enterprise "Zhytomyr Distillery". The final price at the auction amounted to UAH 137.50 mln.
- The object of unfinished construction - children's uronephrology clinic of the State Institution "Institute of Urology named after Academician O.F. Vozianov of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine", Kyiv. The final price at the auction is UAH 111 mln.
- Single property complex of the state enterprise "Lviv Special Design Bureau "Topaz". The final price at the auction - UAH 107 mln.
- Single property complex of the state enterprise Kyiv plant "Impulse". The final price at the auction is UAH 92.33 mln.
