Over the past week, within the framework of the state program "Affordable loans 5-7-9%" representatives of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSME) received from authorized banks 587 soft loans for a total of UAH 1.6 billion, including 421 loans for UAH 0.7 billion from banks of the public sector of the economy. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Finance, as Dengi.ua .
Since the beginning of 2025 under the program "5-7-9" entrepreneurs have received 22,792 loans totaling 66.8 billion UAH, of which from banks of the public sector of the economy - 15,830 loans for 33.1 billion UAH.
During the period of martial law in Ukraine 92,428 loans for UAH 343.2 billion (including by public sector banks - 67,692 loans for UAH 174.8 billion), of which as of October 27 this year:
- UAH 51 billion - for investment purposes;
- UAH 78.07 billion - for working capital financing;
- UAH 47.51 billion - loans for agricultural producers;
- UAH 49.76 billion - for processing of agricultural products;
- UAH 3.32 billion - to finance energy services;
- UAH 56.83 billion - for anti-war purposes;
- UAH 44.98 billion - lending in the zone of high military risk.
In total, 127,250 loan agreements for UAH 432.8 billion have been signed since the start of the program, of which 88,168 agreements for UAH 201.4 billion have been signed by public sector banks.
