Nova Post has opened a new logistics hub near Chisinau, marking the network’s largest facility in Moldova. The new hub consolidates key logistics processes
The new terminal covers an area of 3,800 square meters. All major stages of shipment processing—from sorting to customs clearance—are concentrated on a single site, aiming to significantly improve the efficiency of logistics operations.
The complex handles all types of shipments, both within Moldova and for international delivery.
Deliveries Have Become Faster
Since the launch of the new facility, the average delivery time has already been reduced by about two hours.
The company also reported that intercity routes now operate twice daily, and deliveries to branch offices are made every 2.5 hours.
First Fulfillment Center for Online Stores Launched
Along with the logistics terminal, Nova Post has commissioned Moldova’s first fulfillment hub designed to serve online stores. The new center will enable businesses to outsource goods storage, order processing, packaging, and shipping to the company.
Nova Post invested €800,000 in the construction and development of the logistics complex.
In addition, the company announced plans to open another sorting center in Bălți.
