The State Tax Service (STS) has recorded a sharp jump in prices for electric chargers by 30 percent after the latest Russian shelling. [[/link_direct]] The acting head of the State Tax Service, Lesya Karnaukh, told , as reported by Dengi.ua .

She noted that the other day she met with representatives of large networks operating in the electronics and technology market, where they discussed equal and fair rules of doing business.

The head of the State Tax Service said that while people were sitting without electricity and water for 12-18 hours some businessmen decided to make some money.

"Transparent rules of work for all - including about humanity and honesty. First of all, in difficult conditions. The last blackout was another test of strength. And it is a pity that not everyone has the strength and conscience to pass it with dignity. We have already recorded the facts of rapid increase in prices for backup power supply devices - in some cases for the last week up to 30%" - emphasized Lesya Karnaukh.

According to her, the prices were mainly raised by wholesalers, reacting to increased demand from retailers, who took advantage of the situation and artificially raised prices.

"For example, one of the networks within two hours raised the price for the same charging station by more than 2 thousand. Because they realize that in a critical situation people will have to overpay," - said Karnaukh.

She also noted that the STS fixes and will react properly in the framework of control over cash discipline in the issue of the correctness of setting the price of goods for the correct determination of the amount and completeness of future tax payments.

"I very much expect that the artificial price hike is temporary. For first of all should be guided by mutual respect and support for each other. And honestly work under the same rules for all!", - summarized the head of the STS.
