Horns and hooves: Ukraine earned over $10 million on live cattle exports

In the first quarter of 2025, Ukraine has significantly increased exports of live cattle (cattle). The volume of supplies amounted to 5.2 thousand tons, which is 2.1 times higher than last year. This is reported by AgroTimes .

According to the State Customs Service, in money equivalent exports for this period amounted to $10.5 million, which is 2.4 times more than in January-March 2024.

At the same time, the main buyers of Ukrainian live cattle were Lebanon, which accounted for 78.9% of total exports, and Libya with a share of 21.1%.
