Collection and use of personal data
When the User uses the services of the Website, the Administration collects and processes the User's data, namely:
- data provided by the User both when filling out registration forms and in the process of using the services;
- cookie files;
- ip addresses;
- parameters and settings of Internet browsers.
Administration collects only those personal data (for example, your name and surname, login and access password, e-mail address, contact phone number, date of birth, gender, etc.), which are knowingly and voluntarily provided by the subject of personal data for the purpose of using the last desired to provide services of the Site.
When visiting the Site, all logins to the account are recorded. Other information on the User's traffic is not processed and not stored.
Please note: The Administration is limited to collecting the minimum amount of information necessary solely to fulfil the request of the subject of personal data. The Administration collects data on the statistics of visits to the Site. The data may contain information about the connection, traffic, browser of the User, as well as the date, time, duration of work in the Internet and stay on the Site.
Processing of personal data
Processing and storage of the provided personal data is carried out in data centres where the equipment providing functioning of the Website services is located. The provided personal data is processed and stored in the personal data base ‘Users’ of http://dengi.ua/.
Purpose of using personal data

Period of storage of personal data
Personal data is stored for a period not longer than is necessary in accordance with the purpose of its processing.
After the subject of personal data has ceased to be a User of the Site by deleting his/her account on the Site, his/her personal data are also automatically deleted.
Interaction of the Site with other resources
When the User uses the services, the Site pages may contain codes of other Internet resources and third parties, as a result of which such Internet resources and third parties receive your data. Consequently, these Internet resources may receive and process information that you have visited these pages, as well as other information transmitted by the User's browser. On some pages of our website are installed codes of Google Analytics services, I.UA and bigmir.net ratings, TNS Ukraine, Gemius. These services can receive and process information only about the fact that you have visited the page and other information that is transmitted by your browser.
The use of these services is necessary for us to promptly analyse site visits, internal and external evaluation of site traffic, depth of views, user activity. We do not store or process the data obtained from these services.

Social plugins of networks (forums) Facebook, Twitter, Google+
Some pages of our website have service codes (plugins, widgets) of Facebook, Twitter, Google+ installed. Cookies and Log Files/Freedom of Choice Policy
Cookies (‘Cookies’) are small text files in which a browser can record data received from a server. When you visit a page on the Site, the server may read the information contained in the ‘Cookies’. In particular, ‘Cookies’, can be used to store information about registration on the Site or a particular area so that the User does not have to re-enter it on subsequent visits to such Site or its area, address tokens that are used on the Site related to the User's personal data.

Privacy of personal data subject's activity on the Site
Information about the activity (traffic) on the Site of Users that passes through our network or User's e-mail is protected in accordance with the law. That is, the Administration in no way or manner violates the secrecy of the ‘activity’ of the User when the latter uses the services of the Site, which is regulated by the relevant local acts.
Protection of personal data
Administration uses generally accepted standards of technological and operational protection of information and personal data from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction. However, despite all efforts, we cannot guarantee absolute security against any threats arising outside the Administration's introduction.
Nevertheless, the Administration shall ensure the application of all relevant confidentiality obligations, as well as technical and organisational security measures to prevent unauthorised or unlawful disclosure or processing of such information and data, their accidental loss, destruction or damage.
We provide access to information and personal data only to authorised employees who have agreed to ensure the confidentiality of such information and data in accordance with local acts.
Conditions of access to personal data
The procedure of access to personal data of third parties is determined by the terms of the consent of the subject of personal data provided by the owners of personal data to the processing of such data, or in accordance with legal requirements.
The subject of personal data has the right to obtain any information about himself/herself from any subject of relations related to personal data, subject to the provision of information established by law.
Postponement of the personal data subject's access to his/her personal data is not allowed.
Deferred access to personal data of third parties is allowed if the necessary data cannot be provided within thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request. At the same time, the total period for resolving the issues raised in the request may not exceed forty-five calendar days.
The notice of postponement shall be communicated in writing to the third party who submitted the request, with an explanation of the procedure for appealing against such decision.
The decision on postponement or refusal of access to personal data may be appealed in court.
If a request is made by a personal data subject for data about himself/herself, the obligation to prove in court the lawfulness of the denial of access is imposed on the personal data controller to whom the request was made.
According to the legislation of Ukraine, personal data may be transferred to law enforcement, judicial authorities and other institutions in order to protect the constitutional order, morality, health, rights and legitimate interests of other persons, to ensure national defence and security of the state.
Rights of the subject of personal data
The Administration reminds you of your rights as a subject of personal data, which are regulated by the Law of Ukraine ‘On Protection of Personal Data’ No. 2297-VI, namely:
- To know about the sources of collection, the location of his personal data, the purposes of their processing, the location or residence (stay) of the owner or controller of personal data or to give a corresponding instruction to obtain this information to persons authorised by him, except in cases established by law;
- To receive information on the conditions for granting access to personal data, in particular information on third parties to whom his personal data are transferred;
- To have access to his/her personal data;
- To receive, no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases provided for by law, an answer as to whether his/her personal data are being processed, as well as to receive the content of his/her personal data;
- To submit a reasoned demand to the personal data controller objecting to the processing of his/her personal data;
- To submit a reasoned demand for the amendment or destruction of his/her personal data by any personal data controller and owner, if the data is processed unlawfully or is inaccurate;
- To protect his/her personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to deliberate concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision of such data, as well as to protect him/her from providing information that is inaccurate or defamatory of honour, dignity and business reputation of a natural person;
- To lodge complaints about the processing of personal data with the Plenipotentiary or in court.
The authority in the field of personal data protection is the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights (Ombudsman), who is empowered to monitor compliance with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation in the field of personal data protection.
