Since the beginning of the year the export of agricultural products from Ukraine amounted to 1.1 billion dollars or 2.5 million tons.
In April 2025, the average price per ton of Ukrainian agro-product exports is 443 dollars, which is more than last year's figure of 315 dollars. As a result, its value increased by 1.4 times due to an increase in exports of value-added products, in particular, bioethanol.
This is reported by Minister of Agrarian Policy Vitaliy Koval in his Telegram channel.
He cited data on how the average prices of the top 5 export products per ton increased:
- sunflower oil - $1,174, which is 37.8% more than in 2024 ($852);
- corn - $217, a 27.1% increase over the 2024 average price ($171);
- wheat - $231, a 27.4% increase over the 2024 average price ($181);
- poultry - $2,385, an 11.2% increase over the 2024 average price ($2,145);
- soybeans - $409, which is 4.3% more than the 2024 average price ($392).
The Minister also said that in total since the beginning of the year exports of agricultural products from Ukraine amounted to 1.1 billion dollars or 2.5 million tons.
