Under the state program "Affordable loans 5-7-9%" last week Ukrainian entrepreneurs received 539 soft loans totaling UAH 1.4 billion, including 374 loans for UAH 0.7 billion from state banks.

It is noted that since the beginning of 2025 under the program 5-7-9 entrepreneurs received 9906 loans for UAH 31.5 billion, of which from banks of the public sector of the economy - 6392 loans for UAH 12.8 billion.
It is reported that during the period of martial law in Ukraine, 79,541 loans for UAH 308 billion have been issued (including 58,254 loans for UAH 154.5 billion from public sector banks), of which as of May 12 this year:
- UAH 40.8 billion - for investment purposes;
- UAH 75.65 billion - for working capital financing;
- UAH 46.75 billion - loans for agricultural producers;
- UAH 37.42 billion - for processing of agricultural products;
- UAH 2.39 billion - to finance energy services;
- UAH 57.30 billion - for anti-war purposes;
- UAH 34.09 billion - lending in the zone of high military risk.
It is also noted that a total of 114,363 loan agreements for UAH 397.6 billion have been signed since the start of the Program, of which 78,730 agreements for UAH 181.2 billion have been signed by banks of the public sector of the economy.
The Ministry reminded that the Program is implemented by the Entrepreneurship Development Fund (EDF), the only participant of which is the Government of Ukraine represented by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, which coordinates all key aspects of the Fund. At the same time under the State Program "Affordable loans 5-7-9%" the EDF has concluded cooperation agreements with 46 banks.
