Two industrial parks: “Kronospan Rivne” in Rivne Region and “KIT” in Kyiv Region have received state funding totaling 203 million UAH under the stimulus program. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Economy, write Dengi.ua .

The industrial park “Kronospan Rivne” will receive UAH 55.3 million for the construction of a combined power and heat generation station. Industrial park KIT, located in the city of Bucha, Kyiv region, will receive 147.7 million UAH for the realization of the project on construction of on-site networks.

"We started financing industrial parks this year, supported the first two parks - in Bucha and Rivne - for a total amount of more than UAH 200 million. This is a concrete investment of the state in the development of infrastructure necessary for the launch of production... One hectare of industrial park means on average 50 new jobs", - commented First Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Economy Yulia Sviridenko.

The program provides for the provision of funds on a non-refundable basis in the amount of up to UAH 150 million for one or several projects of the applicant (within the total limit). Funding covers up to 50% of the cost of works (up to 80% for de-occupied territories). It is also possible to reimburse up to 50% of the costs of connection to the electricity grid.

Participation of the state provides for mandatory obligations on the part of the applicant: to ensure the construction of at least 5000 square meters of industrial buildings and attract at least two participants in the industrial park within three years.

It is noted that changes in the regulatory framework have made the program more flexible: now it is allowed to apply for two consecutive years, but within the limit of UAH 150 million, as well as to attract to co-financing not only their own funds, but also the resources of local budgets, loans and grants.

Applications can be submitted until August 15 through one of four authorized banks: Oschadbank, Ukreximbank, Ukrgasbank or Sense Bank.

In 2024, 15 applicants received state incentives totaling about UAH 1.2 billion. A total of 33 projects for the construction of engineering and transport infrastructure have been implemented or launched: roads, railways, power supply networks, water supply, sewerage, transformer substations, as well as connection to power grids.

As of today, 25 factories have been built or are in the process of construction in industrial parks in Ukraine. More than 100,000 square meters of industrial real estate has already been built and about 200 MW of electric capacity is available for connection of new enterprises.
