Ukraine’s TAF Industries and the Danish technology company Upteko have agreed to join forces to develop and manufacture FPV drones. According to the partners’ plans, production could reach several thousand drones per month as early as the beginning of 2027. In addition, the parties intend to open a production facility and an engineering office outside of Ukraine. This was reported by Dengi.ua, citing a press release from the Ukrainian company.

The companies signed a memorandum of understanding during the DALO Industry Days exhibition, which took place in Herning, Denmark. The agreement provides for the joint production of FPV drones, the development of new technologies, and the expansion and diversification of supply chains.

The partnership will be developed as part of the Build with Ukraine initiative. TAF Industries intends to apply its accumulated experience in scaling up drone production, as well as practical data and feedback from drone users in Ukraine. For its part, Upteko will focus on engineering solutions, electronics, software, and hardware.

In addition to mass production, the companies plan to jointly engage in research and development to create new types of unmanned systems.
