Norwegian Defense Minister Tore Onshuus Sandvik has visited Ukraine. He announced the allocation of 400m dollars for the production of weapons in Ukraine, in particular drones and air defense systems. This was announced by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in an evening video message, write Dengi.ua .
"There is a decision about 400 million dollars in our production - new investments, on drones first of all. We are working together and work to create all conditions and produce air defense in Ukraine, to produce with partners, Norway, steps to this we do," - said the head of state.
According to him, in Ukraine opened an office of one of the largest European defense companies - the largest Norwegian defense company Kongsberg Defence&Aerospace, which produces NASAMS systems.
