Since the beginning of 2025, Ukrainian business has attracted under the state program "Affordable loans 5-7-9%" more than 19.4 thousand soft loans totaling about UAH 58 billion. At the same time, only last week entrepreneurs took out 310 loans for the amount of over UAH 1.1 billion. This is reported by Dengi.ua with reference to the Ministry of Economy.
It is noted that the most frequently credited enterprises working in the processing industry, agriculture, wholesale and retail trade. In addition, a significant part of them operate in areas of high military risk.
It is reported that since the beginning of 2025 under the program, businesses have received more loans in the following areas:
- UAH 16.3 billion - for the development of the processing industry;
- UAH 15.4 billion - for investment projects;
- UAH 14.2 billion - for lending in the zone of high military risk.
According to the Ministry, in total, from the start of the program in February 2020, business has attracted more than 123.8 thousand loans worth about UAH 424 billion, of which 89 thousand loans worth UAH 334 billion. - since the beginning of martial law.
It is also reported that the largest volumes of lending under the program from its start are in Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Kyiv, Kharkiv and Odesa regions. At the same time, 46 authorized banks participate in the state program.
