As of September 1, 2025, the total amount of deposits of individuals, including individuals-entrepreneurs, in banks of Ukraine amounted to UAH 1,492.0 billion, which is almost by UAH 10 billion more than the same indicator of the previous month. About it write Dengi.ua with reference to the Fund of guaranteeing deposits of individuals.
In particular, during August the amount of deposits of individuals-entrepreneurs increased by UAH 4.5 billion and amounted to UAH 172.2 billion.
Of the total amount of deposits of individuals as of September 1, 2025:
- deposits in national currency - 976.9 billion UAH (+17.2 billion UAH for August 2025);
- deposits in foreign currency - UAH 515.1 billion (-7.8 billion UAH for August 2025).
It is noted that the share of FLP in the structure of depositors as of September 1, 2025 amounted to 3.1%, and in the structure of the amount of deposits - 11.5%. Deposits of individuals-entrepreneurs are subject to the guarantees of the Fund for Guaranteeing Deposits of Individuals.
According to the Fund, the largest share (50.98% of the total amount) are deposits from UAH 600,000. However, the majority of Ukrainians (56.91% of the number of depositors) have bank deposits from 10 to 200 000 UAH.
