The State Tax Service demonstrates stable overfulfillment of the revenue plan.
In April 2025, the State Tax Service exceeded the revenue plan by 10.2 billion UAH, for four months - by 46.2 billion UAH (+13.1% to the plan of the Ministry of Finance). The head of the State Tax Service Ruslan Kravchenko told .
"In April, the general fund of the state budget on payments controlled by the STS received more than 83 billion UAH (+14% to the plan, +37.2% to April 2024)," he said.
The main indicators of April:
- PIT - 29.7 billion UAH (+18.6% to the plan).
- VAT - 27.4 billion UAH (+6%).
- income tax - UAH 5.6 billion (+77.5%).
- excise tax from manufactured and imported goods - 15.7 billion (+11.4%).
Kravchenko added that the fourth month there is a positive dynamics of VAT refunds. In April, UAH 13 billion was reimbursed. For January-April the amount is more than 55 billion UAH (+24.2% to the figure of 2024).
Indicators for January-April 2025:
- Receipts - 398.2 billion UAH.
- Overfulfillment of the plan - +46.2 billion UAH.
- Over-fulfillment of January-April 2024 - +16.9%.
