Since the beginning of 2025, businesses have received 13,970 soft loans under the program "Affordable Loans 5-7-9%" for a total of UAH 44.3 billion. Last week Ukrainian entrepreneurs received 408 soft loans for UAH 1.5 billion. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Economy, write Dengi.ua .
From the start of the program in February 2020, the business attracted 118.4 thousand loans for the amount of 410.4 billion UAH.
"The state program "Affordable loans 5-7-9%" supports exactly entrepreneurs working in the real sector of the economy. The vast majority of available loans under this program go to finance investment purposes, development of processing and support businesses in areas of high military risk", - said Deputy Minister of Economy Andriy Telyupa.
Since the beginning of the year under the program, business has received the most loans in the following areas:
- UAH 12.3 billion - for processing;
- UAH 11.4 billion - investment loans;
- UAH 9.9 billion - for lending in the zone of high military risk.
The most frequently credited enterprises are those operating in the processing industry, agriculture, wholesale and retail trade.
Among the regions, the leaders in terms of the amounts of concluded loan agreements are Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Kyiv, Odessa, Kharkiv, Vinnitsa, Poltava regions and Kyiv.
To date, 46 banks participate in the program, the largest number of loans since the beginning of the program issued PrivatBank (54.9 thousand), Oschadbank (18.1 thousand) and Ukrgasbank (6.5 thousand).
