As of late March, the average price of agricultural land in Ukraine stands at 52,582 UAH per hectare, with a total of 11,233 hectares sold.
This is according to data from OpenDataBot.
The three most expensive regions in Ukraine for agricultural land per hectare are:
- Kyiv region - 92,724 UAH
- Ternopil region - 72,110 UAH
- Lviv region - 69,844 UAH
Meanwhile, the cheapest plots are currently in Donetsk region, where the price per hectare is 11,254 UAH.
