State-owned Oschadbank and Ukreximbank have taken over the Guliver shopping and entertainment center for debts. At the same time, tenants of the premises must reissue new lease agreements. This is reported by Dengi.ua with reference to press service of Oschadbank.
It is noted that a consortium of Oschadbank (80% - lead) and Ukreximbank (20%) acquired ownership of the shopping and office complex (TOK) Gulliver, which served as collateral for the fulfillment of obligations under the loan.
It is reported that the foreclosure procedure was initiated by the two state-owned banks due to the failure of Tri O LLC - the debtor, which is the owner of Gulliver shopping and office complex - to fulfill its obligations under the loan agreement.
"The banks offer all tenants of TOK Gulliver to contact Sberbank's legal advisor Sayenko Kharenko to reissue contractual relations and inform about the absence of legal grounds for making lease payments in favor of the previous owner", - emphasized in Oschadbank.
You can contact Sayenko Kharenko at the address: BC "Senator", 8th floor, 32/2 Princes Ostrozhsky Str. in Kyiv or by email: [email protected]/тел. +38 044 499 6000. The contact person is Zhanna Zayats.
